Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 mins of:

Max Calories On Rower

40 Box Jumps

40 Dumbbell Snatches

40 Deadlifts

40 Dumbbell Squats

40 AbMat Sit-ups

Rower is in constant use for the 20 min, 2 partners work through AMRAP, combine calories to the total amount of reps at the end. 

Sport athletes will be completing Toes to Bar instead of Abmat Sit-ups
