Icon Online Championships WOD 3  '3.2.1 Lift'

Within a 14 Minute Time Cap work up to a:

1 Rep Max Sumo Deadlift
2 Rep Max Front Squat
3 Rep Max Bench Press

 

Important notes:
The movements can be completed in any order.


The athlete has unlimited attempts at each movement and can re-attempt any movement within the time cap.


The weight for your first attempt can be pre loaded before the timer starts.


Your judge/Spotter may change the rack / pins positions however, they must not load or add/remove weight from the bar.


Only 1 bar can be used for all 3 lifts (If you have completed the WOD with 3 bars please refer to the notes at the bottom of this post).

 

Score is combined total of all Max lifts.

For example if you complete a 1 Rep Max Sumo Deadlift of 100kg, a 2 Rep Max Front Squat of 100kg and a 3 Rep Max Bench Press of 100kg your total would be 300
