 5 Chest To Bar Pullups - 10 Hand Release Push Ups - 15 Jumping Squats

Fitness (Cindy RX)
5 Pullups - 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats

5 Ring Rows - 10 Push Ups - 15 Air Squats

 

(Please note - no bands to be used for pullups. In order to preserve the Intensity and stimulus of the WOD, ring rows will be subbed for none RX pullups. The transition between getting into and out of a band to perform pull up reps lowers the intensity of the workout. Rings rows will build the strength to perform bar pullups in no time)
