For time: 60 Deadlifts, 140/90 kg
6 min time cap, split reps as needed but both must do 30 each.
If you reach reps in time cap you have 5 min to perform
60 burpees over bar
If you reach reps in time cap you have another 4 min time cap to do
100 Goblet Squats 20/12kg
If you reach reps in time cap you will have 3 min to
Run 400m (both run same time)
If you fail a time cap your score will be minus the reps you have left.
