For 3 cycles:
AMRAP in 4 mins of:
6 Clean and Press, 50/35kg
12 AbMat Sit-ups
6 Front Squat, 50/35kg
--Rest 4 mins between each cycle--
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
During your 4 min rest you must complete 400m run
