WOD : Partner "Murph"

For time:

Run, 1 mi

100 Pull-ups

200 Push-ups

300 Air Squats Run,

1 mi

You will partner up and tackle this ''Hero'' WOD together, all athletes must complete all reps, both athletes can move at anyone time but cannot move onto a different movement until there partner has finished that movement.

One of you will be required to wear a weighted vest for Mile 1 and the other athlete must wear it for Mile 2.

You may swap the vest as many times as you like during the other movements but one athlete must be wearing it at all times.

The first 10 min of session will be coach going over strict reps and rules. Scaled pull ups will be challenging ring rows.
