Tech : Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

You have 8 sets only, work up to a heavy 5rm, your last 2 sets should be when you load up for PB's.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 mins of:

3 Deadlifts, 60/40kg

4 Bar Facing Burpees
