WOD :

Deadlift 12-12-12-12-12, using heaviest weight per set

Hang Power Clean 9-9-9-9-9, using heaviest weight per set

Push Jerk 6-6-6-6-6, using heaviest weight per set

We will complete this workout in teams of 3, we have 30min to do this, aim to hit the 5 sets each of the rep range in the time cap, record your highest total for each.
