Snatch 1 Rep Max

You have 20 min to find 1 rep max Snatch. Squat or Power (Squat Preferred)


AMRAP 25 mins of:

5 Power Cleans

10 Push-up (hand release)s

1 Snatch

10 V Situps

This workout will be your own weight selection, it will be scored as follows, 5 rounds 5 reps @ 50kg. Weight must remain the same for power clean and snatch, power snatch is allowed.

On the 5th 10th 15th 20th min you must perform 45 second plank hold then continue.
