Tech : - Intervals of : Overhead Walking Lunge, athlete chooses load.

The Interval is 30 secs of work followed by 30 secs of rest for 8 intervals. Interval score is the total reps performed in all of the intervals.

Pick a load that will consistently hit for 30 seconds of work, ensure you count all reps for your total score.
