Partner Warm up 15 Min Time Cap

- Run and row 400m x 3

- One athlete rows 400m while the other runs 400m, repeat 3 times

- Each athlete will perform 3 400m row & 3 400m runs

Wod 1 (For Time)

40 Front Squats 20/15

Then.....

3 Rounds of:

5 Deadlifts 120/80

4 Power Cleans 80/60

3 Push Jerks 60/40

Then.....

40 Front Squats 20/15

Standards 

* 1 Bar per athlete

* Athletes must load and strip own barbell for each movement 

*Do not drop empty bar or all reps a void

*SCALE AS NEEDED
