3.1 Jerk (From Racks) (20mins)
5x2 @ 80%
- Aim to hit every lift, re-rack between lifts
-If weight is to heavy to re-rack drop between sets (only if bar has no less than 10kg either side)
- Find 1RM if you don't know it.
3.2 For Time (10min CAP)
40 push press 40/25
-No jerk allowed push press only!
- Run does not count as reps aim to finish or get as many reps as possible out of the 80 available.
