Castle Games Qualifier :)

- Athletes doing qualifier will have to follow instructions set by castle games. 

- Athletes not doing the qualifier will have a time cap of 20 mins.

- If they finish before 20 mins they will have remaining time to find max DU's.

Cool Down 

- This will include Core work, Planks, side planks etc. Followed by static stretching.
