2.2 7 Minutes of MAX Pull Ups (sclaes - banded pull ups,kte,ringrows etc.)
Rest 3 minutes and record score, at 25mins Buy out with:
2.3 3 x 400m run.
- Record time and give to coach. Scaled option = 2 x 400m Runs.
- 35min Time cap will be given on workout.
