- Power snatch and Double under tips and pointers. 

-Demos of both movements and scaled options for workout. 

25min RUNNING CLOCK + Buy out.

2.1 AMRAP 7 minutes:

30 Double-unders
15 Power snatches (40/25)

Rest 8 minutes and record score (give to coach), at 15mins perform:

2.2 7 Minutes of MAX Pull Ups (sclaes - banded pull ups,kte,ringrows etc.)

Rest 3 minutes and record score, at 25mins Buy out with:

2.3 3 x 400m run.

- Record time and give to coach. Scaled option = 2 x 400m Runs. 

- 35min Time cap will be given on workout. 

- Total scores = 1.1 - Reps, 1.2 - Reps + 1200m Time. (3 scored sections)
