WOD 1 (12Min Cap)
3 Rounds of:
50 Du's 3:1
25 Pull ups
10 Pistol Squats
- Scaled options (coach will advise)
WOD 2 (Teams of 3)
Every 3 Minutes on the minute (18mins)
Partner 1 - Max Assault bike Cals
Partner 2&3 - Max Farmers walk 24/16
- Swap every 4 Shuttles.
- Swap Bike every 3min.
