WOD 1 

In teams of two, alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Burpees
10 Goblet Squats 16/24
4 Heavy Power Cleans i.e. 75% 1RM 

REST 5Mins (up to 20min)

Then Immediately:

WOD 2

In teams of two, alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Burpees
10 Goblet Squats
4 Heavy Power Snatch i.e. 75% 1RM 

- If 1rm for partners is different set two separate bars up to perform olympic lifts. 

- Score is Total rounds + reps for both amraps added together.
