Split Group into 3. 

Group 1 - Strength 1 - Front Squat (12min CAP)

Four Sets of:
Front Squat @ 75% 2-2-2


-Rest 10-15 seconds between doubles
-Rest 2 minutes between sets

Group 2 - Strength 2 - Squat Snatch (12Mins CAP)

0-8Mins - FIND HEAVY SQUAT SNATCH

8-12MIns - Perform High Pulls:

3-3-3 @ Weight hit for todays heavy.

Group 3 - Strength 3 - Body weight (12 Mins CAP)

3 Rounds of:

25 Press ups

50 Air Squats

25 Press ups

RX+ - Weighted Vest

RX - Full Press up and full depth squats. 

M - Manageable i.e. Press ups on knees. 

-Rest 2 Mins between rounds.
