-Note number of pull-ups completed for each round.

-Your score is pull ups, every time you drop from the bar you must complete 400m run.

20-25 REST

25-45 Mins

Max Rep Back Squats 

400m Run 

RX - 60/45

S1 - 50/35

S2 - 40/25

-As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
-Note number of Back Squats completed for each round.

-Your score is back squats every time you drop the barbell you must complete 400m run.
