1 Hang Squat Clean 

3 Front squats 

- Go Heavy between 70-80% (of 1rm squat clean)

- Choose your weight.

Round Two: 

Climbing Ladder of 3s (increase by 3 each round)

 Burpees 

 KB Swings 16/24kg

Pull ups

Scale 1 - Jumping Pull ups & 12/16kg

Can you complete All 12 Rounds ??
