8 x 3 Deadlifts @ 65-70% 1RM

- Find a partner and work through your percentages, if you don't know your 1RM for these lifts then you have 40mins to find them (under coach supervision to make sure technique is safe)

Finisher (5 Mins)

Max unbroken set of push ups

Max Unbroken Du's 

- Complete this with partner, chest must tap floor and arms must be fully locked out at top of each repetition. Scales - Try and practice Du's or max SU, Practice full press ups.
