SNATCH

As a group we will focus on all movement patterns to ensure snatch is on point.

this will last around 30min, in that time you will build up to hit a new 1RM.

WOD (cap 15 min)

6 *SQUAT SNATCH AT 75% 1RM

12 UNBROKEN BMU (BREAK = 10 BURPEE TO BAR)

*power into ohs is accepted if tech is not solid.

Scale BMU for unbroken pull up's 2:1 ratio, same break rule applies. 

Scale pull ups for KB swings 4:1 ratio, same break rule applies.
